Steve Gibson, Managing Partner, Gibson Lexbury PLLC., a Chicago-based law firm (the “Firm”) focusing on intellectual property, has been an attorney also focusing on technology and intellectual property matters for the past 35 years. Mr. Gibson’s practice spans the full range of matters involving technology and intellectual property including, but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, confidential information, non-competition, intellectual property antitrust and his current passion of the intersection of artificial intelligence and the law. Mr. Gibson is experienced in both transactions involving such areas as well as litigation. The Firm also boasts attorneys with deep experience in patent prosecution.
While Mr. Gibson is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is based in the Firm’s Chicago office, he also has a long history of practice serving clients throughout Nevada and is licensed in that state.
