Either here or on the near horizon is Autonomous SI which is Synthetic Intelligence acting with little or no prompting within a parametrical environment. It is obvious that this orientation is a natural outgrowth of Agentic SI and is either therefore close to occurring or within the near horizon. The law needs to anticipate this development rather than be reactive to it.
