The Firm’s copyright litigation practice has reached a level of national prominence having litigated issues in the forefront of the copyright area. While intellectual property litigators are in a small minority of litigators generally, it would seem that those attorneys who focus on copyright litigation and have a wealth of experience area even rarer.
